A task analysis tool, currently version 1.01. It supports building and visualizing of the task model in hierarchical form. It generates an XML form of the model and an RTF report.

The Task Analysis Tool (TATool) is an evolution of the earlier CMTool. It runs only on Windows OS. It is an environemnt that has been developed by the Human-Computer Interaction Group of the University of Patras to be used for generation of Hierarchical Task representations. While it has been originally designed typically for  task analysis during interactive systems design, it can be used as a general tool for hierarchical structures design and visualization. TATool produces RTF format report of the structure and XML representation of the task tree. It supports also  mapping of recorded events of user-system interaction to the task model. No liability for any use of the software is with the developers. No documentation has been produced yet with the current version of the tool, while we are still working on it.
