Christos Fidas was born in 1976 in Munich, Germany. He graduated in 2000 from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the University of Patras. In 2004 he received a PhD from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the University of Patras.

His research interests focus on the area of ​​information systems with emphasis on their interactive, distributed and collaborative nature as well as the application of user centered design methods for their analysis, design and evaluation. He has published numerous papers in prestigious scientific journals and conferences [Google Scholar].

He has more than ten years of autonomous academic and teaching experience in higher academic institutions in Greece and abroad. He has many years of experience in attracting and conducting funded research in the context of National and European research projects.
